The Peruvannamuzhi Dam, also referred to as the Kuttiady Dam, is a dam constructed on the Kuttiady River in Peruvannamuzhi, located within the Chakkittapara Grama Panchayath in the Kozhikode district of Kerala. The dam is situated 16 km from Kuttiady town and 55 km from Kozhikode town. It was built as a component of the Kuttiady irrigation project.
