3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Free Cancellation or Postponement
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for free cancellation or a postponement of the booking date without any penalty.
3.2. Partial Refund or Postponement
- Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment or can opt to postpone the booking date.
3.3. No Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund, but you may contact us to explore postponement options, subject to availability and property approval.
3.4. Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined above.
4. Booking Confirmation and Invoices
4.1. The booking confirmation email or receipt provided by us serves as proof of booking. The original invoice for your stay can be collected directly from the resort upon check-in.
4.2. If you require a GST-compliant invoice for the property, it must be collected directly from the respective hotel or resort.
4.3. Any GST credit charged by the property is only claimable against the GST invoice issued by the respective property. We do not issue GST invoices for accommodations as we act as an intermediary.
4.4. We collect payments on behalf of the booking property strictly as a reimbursement for reservation expenses.
5. Responsibilities
5.1. BookMyKeralaTrip.com acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. While we strive to ensure accurate information on our website, we are not responsible for inaccuracies or changes made by service providers.
5.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details. Any errors must be reported immediately for correction.
