Kochi-Muziris Biennale

The Kochi-Muziris Biennale is the largest art exhibition in India. This is also the biggest contemporary art festival in the whole Asia. Basically, this is an international exhibition of contemporary art held in Kochi city. The exhibition is conducted in multiple spaces across the city, in various galleries, halls, specific installations, heritage centers, and other institutions. Other than being a huge exhibition, the biennale is a platform for Indian and International artisans alike. They can exhibit their artworks- be it films, crafts, sculptures, painting, newly invented things, or anything related to art. Also, many events like workshops, seminars, shows, and much more are conducted alongside this exhibition, especially for students.
