Dhoni is a village in Palakkad, Kerala, India, known for its waterfalls and Western Ghat forests. The village is about 15 kilometers from Palakkad town and is named after a boat-shaped rock on one of its hills. Dhoni is a well-known trekking spot that is located three hours away from the base of the hills leading up to the waterfalls. The trek commences at the foothills adjacent to teak plantations and follows a narrow mountain road that is only accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles and bicycles. The return journey takes approximately two hours. Guided treks are available at 9:30 AM, 11 AM, and 2 PM for a fee of Rs 100 per person.
