Koottamundu Glass Temple

The Koottamundu Glass Temple, also known as Kannadi Kshetram, is a well-known Jain temple located in Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala. Situated on the Vellarimala hilltop within the Western Ghats, the temple is approximately 20 kilometers from Kalpetta. The optimal time to visit the temple is from October to May. Visitors can access the temple by either trekking through the forest or taking a local taxi or cab.

Renowned for its numerous glass mirrors that beautifully reflect the idols in the main hall, the temple was constructed in honor of the Jain Saint, Parshawanatha Swami. Visitors are welcome to enter the temple free of charge, making it a popular destination for photographers and nature enthusiasts alike.
