Aqualillies Water Front Heritage Homestay

Aqualillies Water Front Heritage Homestay is a traditional homestay situated right in front of Vembanad Lake in Kumarakom. To reach this homestay one needs to travel 14km from Kottayam Railway Station and pass through Shalom Church, Bus Stand, P. C, near Attypeedika. This property has a calm ambiance and offers captivating sceneries of the backwaters. This homestay was originally a tharavadu (ancestral home) of the family and it was then converted into a homestay. The property is built according to the Vasthu Rules and hence, is good to visit especially if you are interested in historical interests like Kalavara & nilavara. Spread over 1.5 acres of land, this property has a canal connecting the backwater. Also, there is plenty of space on the lawn for a light walk. This property is suitable for small functions with up to 150 people at a time in the open space.
